Startling and Delightful Discovery Worth Noting

If I lean over my coffee mug at just this particular angle, the steam from the freshly brewed coffee wafts up and into my mouth.

Prior to this experience, I would have suspected that the verb Waft might only be used in Olfactory contexts. Untrue. It can also be related to Gustatory contexts.

Seriously.

I can taste the steam of my coffee.

If subtlety is good (and I often think it is, contrary to widely held belief about my essence and preferences), then this experience is tremendous.

I am BREATHING coffee.

and it is Good.

*before you try this at home, I must warn you that the shape of my mug could be partly responsible, its a handmade clay mug with roundness to it and a slightly smaller mouth. (a kind of mouth to mouth resucitation?) Further experiments will be carried out, unique treatments of said variables, replication will be here noted.
